Cupcake decorating class - Valentine's day Adults class

In this class we'll be decorating four yummy, freshly baked, vanilla cupcakes and will create unique "love" toppers.

This class will feature lots of fondant modelling and buttercream piping. perfect gift for Valentine's Day!

Cutting and attaching shapes

Basic modelling skills

Using formers and tools

Colouring buttercream

Piping buttercream using different nozzles

Rolling, shaping, cutting and bending sugarpaste/fondant shapes

Each participant will go home with four yummy cupcakes in their own box.

All classes are held in Deanpark Avenue in Balerno.

During the class participants will be offered a soft drink.

Please note this is a decoration class only, no baking will take place.
