Christmas cupcake decorating class - 1 hour class 1 SPACE LEFT

In this class, we'll be decorating two yummy, freshly baked, vanilla cupcakes featuring different Christmas characters. 

This class will feature lots of fondant modelling and buttercream piping. We will cover the following skills:

Using sugarpaste/fondant to create cupcake toppers

Cutting and attaching shapes

Basic modelling skills

Using formers and tools

Colouring buttercream

Piping buttercream using different nozzles

Rolling, shaping, cutting and bending sugarpaste/fondant shapes

Rolling, shaping, cutting and bending sugar paste/fondant shapes

All classes are held in Deanpark Avenue in Balerno. 

During the class children will be offered a soft drink. 

Please note this is a decoration class only, no baking will take place.
